1. Description of the Service

Glydebot is a SaaS platform that provides:

• Discord-based ticketing system
• AI-powered automated responses (via OpenAI)
• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Ticket subjects and configuration
• Subscription-based plans and analytics

The Service integrates with:

• Discord API
• OpenAI API
• Stripe payment services

Use of the Service requires compliance with:

• Discord Terms of Service
• Discord Privacy Policy

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Discord account
• Have authority to manage the Discord server where the bot is installed

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Account and Authentication

Authentication is handled via Discord OAuth2.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining security of your Discord account
• Protecting your session tokens stored in your browser
• All activity conducted under your account

We do not store passwords.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Discord rules
• Abuse, spam, or exploit the platform
• Attempt to bypass AI limits or subscription restrictions
• Attempt to access system prompts or internal infrastructure
• Use the Service for illegal activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

5. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence provided by OpenAI.

AI responses:

• May contain errors
• Are generated automatically
• Do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice

The Operator is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy)
• You authorize recurring charges where applicable
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law

The Service is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)), consumers may expressly agree that performance begins immediately and that they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Before completing payment, you will be asked to confirm the following statement: "I agree that performance begins immediately and that I thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days." This consent is required via a checkbox in a modal before you are redirected to Stripe Checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of features or downgrade to free tier.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and code remain the property of the Operator.

Users retain ownership of:

• Ticket messages
• Intake responses
• Knowledge base content

You grant us a limited license to process and display such content for providing the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the Service
• Required by law

Upon termination:

• Access to data may be removed
• Subscription fees already paid are not refunded unless required by law

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We are not liable for:

• Discord outages
• OpenAI service disruptions
• Stripe failures
• Data loss beyond our reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

We will notify users via:

• Website update
• Dashboard notice
• Email (if available)

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU regulations.

Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
