Analytics

The dashboard provides analytics for tickets, AI usage, and staff performance. Access from the sidebar: Analytics, Staff analytics, and Usage.

Guild analytics

Guild analytics shows ticket volume, closure rate, AI vs staff resolution, and breakdown by subject. You get time-series charts (opened, resolved by AI, escalated, staff-only) and pie/bar charts by subject. The date range is limited by your plan retention.

Staff analytics

Staff analytics provides per-user metrics: responses, claims, closes, first response count, average first response time, tickets contributed, and rankings. Configure in Settings who is tracked: all staff (users with claim permission), a specific Discord role, or selected users. Each staff member has a detail view with activity breakdown.

AI usage

The Usage page shows your plan limits (panels, subjects, knowledge articles, AI daily cap) and AI usage over the last 14 days. You can see requests, tokens, and utilization vs your daily cap.

Retention by tier

How far back you can query analytics depends on your plan. Staff analytics (per-user metrics, rankings) is available on higher tiers. See the pricing page for retention and feature details.
