Panels & subjects

Panels are embeds posted in a channel with buttons. Each button opens a ticket using one subject. Panel count is limited by your plan — see the pricing page for current limits.

Subjects define: channel name pattern (e.g. ticket-{number}), mention roles, AI prompt, header embed (title, description, Close / Claim / Escalate buttons), and intake questions (short_text, long_text, select, multi_select, number, boolean). Subject count and intake questions per subject are limited by plan — see pricing for details.

Create panels and subjects in the dashboard and assign subjects to panel buttons. The bot syncs panels from the API and posts or updates the embed in the configured channel.
