Getting started

1. Invite the bot to your Discord server using the invite link (from the dashboard or platform config).

2. Log in to the dashboard with Discord OAuth and select your server. The bot and worker get all configuration from the API.

3. Create a ticket panel in a channel, add subjects, and assign them to panel buttons. Configure intake questions and AI prompts per subject.

4. Configure role mappings (RBAC) in the dashboard so the right Discord roles can create tickets, view, manage, assign, close, control AI, manage settings, or billing.

5. Upgrade from the Billing page to unlock more panels, subjects, intake questions, AI capacity, transcript export, SLA reminders, and longer analytics retention.
