Plans define limits on panels, subjects, intake questions, knowledge base, AI daily cap, and analytics retention. Higher tiers add transcript export, SLA reminders, staff analytics, and priority AI queue. See the pricing page for current plans and limits.

Upgrade from the dashboard Billing page; you are sent to Stripe Checkout. After payment, the webhook confirms the subscription and the new plan is active. You can view the subscription, cancel, or schedule a downgrade (effective at period end); you can also cancel a scheduled downgrade.
